Once payment for a product is successfully processed, an email confirmation will be sent to your specified email address.

Methods To Request A Refund

To initiate a refund, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of purchasing the software for yearly subscriptions, or within 7 days for monthly subscriptions. Refund Processing Time

The refund process may take approximately 7 to 10 days to be completed. BitResQ will provide a full refund of the product purchase price, including any taxes paid at the time of purchase. Additionally, if you are dissatisfied with the product, our services are available without any analysis charges. The cost of data services will be deducted from the refund amount.

Payment Method

The refund will be issued based on the original payment method used for the product purchase. If you used a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to that card. For purchases made through net banking, the refund will be deposited into your designated bank account.
