If you bought our product(s) from a third party, the product(s) are subject to that third party's refund policy. You must seek a refund from BitResQ within 30 days of the software's purchase date for a Yearly Subscription or Lifetime License, and within 7 days for a monthly subscription. Any requests after these dates we will not consider.
To get a refund for a product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem you're having while attempting to utilize it. A business representative will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your refund request for more help.

The entire cost of the data recovery service will be deducted from the money you paid for the goods.
The form of payment for a refund is determined by the payment method you choose when purchasing the program. If you paid for the goods using a credit card or debit card, the refund will be refunded to your credit card or debit card account. If you made a payment using Net Banking, the funds will be deposited into your designated bank account.
